This is an on-site position.   The Real-Time Analyst manages and/or balances service levels for the call center across programs, internal locations, lines of business and products. The analyst manages the performance of the call center according to any contractual agreements and internal goals; the focus is to create positive experiences for customers while maintaining an efficient call center enterprise. 

This will be a temporary assignment.   The Human Resources Administrator's main responsibility is to provide an outstanding onboarding experience to agent roles and manage admin-related duties for the HR department. As with all human resources matters and functions, this position maintains appropriate levels of confidentiality and ensures functions are completed accurately and promptly.

The Internal Operations Coordinator position is a fast-paced and self-motivated role responsible for overseeing the operations of crews and projects to ensure adherence to Ferguson Roofing standards and manufacturer specifications. This position requires a high level of organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to support residential production and service operations.

As the Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will be responsible for driving key strategic initiatives delivering value to our team, our customers, and our business overall. You will play a pivotal role in developing and managing scalable solutions to support our current business operations while supporting expansion into new markets and services. The individual will work closely with the warehouse functions of each business to ensure proper service levels are being provided. This involves analyzing the current and future needs of the products and services, identifying the best sources and suppliers, negotiating the prices and terms, and ensuring the quality and compliance standards.
