As a Dispatcher, you are the nerve center of our operation.

Your mission is simple:

Get the right technician to the right customer at the right time—every single day.

● Coordinate communication between technicians, customers, and leadership
● Strategically manage the dispatch board to maximize efficiency and customer
satisfaction
● Anticipate challenges before they happen and adjust plans accordingly
● Use your knowledge of Northern Virginia to create smart routing decisions
● Balance customer expectations, technician strengths, and company goals
● Think 2-3 moves ahead, just like a chess player
● Keep work orders, schedules, and invoicing flowing smoothly through our technology
platforms
● Bring energy, professionalism, and positivity to Mission Control every day

Have 2+ years of dispatching experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Home Services
preferred)
● Know Northern Virginia like the back of your hand
● Stay calm when things get busy
● Love solving problems and making quick decisions
● Communicate clearly and confidently
● Naturally think ahead instead of reacting behind
